Placing an order
Check the contents of your shopping cart and click Finish Order to place your order. Before confirming your order, you can change the contents of your shopping cart:
Number: adjust the number of products ordered.
Delete: Click on the red X- cross to delete the product.
If you have changed the contents of your shopping cart, click Enter to confirm the changes.
Account
At Dandy Bathrooms, you can choose to register as a (new) customer and create an account. However, this is not mandatory. You can also place your order with us without an account.

When your order is complete, click the Place Order button, fill in your name and address information and select the payment method.
Payment Agreement
By completing and sending the order form, the purchaser of the purchased products undertakes to pay the established price.
Formation of purchase agreement
A sales contract is established upon receipt of an order. The placing of an order indicates agreement to the applicability of the general terms and conditions.
Confirmation email
You will receive confirmation of your order at the e-mail address you provided to us.
Delivery and billing
Orders received by us before 6 p.m., paid for immediately and in sufficient stock will be shipped the next business day. Of course, it is always possible that an item is sold out. You will then receive an e-mail from us with further explanation about the delivery time of your order.
Prices
The prices listed are in euros, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs, shipping costs are determined by the final amount, but are always shown in your order summary before you need to confirm it. When you place an order, you will always receive a confirmation e-mail with the total amount and any shipping costs.
Free shipping
At dandybadkamers.nl you pay no shipping costs for an order of € 250.00 or more and delivery within the Netherlands. For orders outside the Netherlands (in Europe and outside Europe), we request this for you.
Shipping costs are charged for any order under €250.

Delivery
You can have your order delivered to your home or pick it up yourself in our showroom.
Please note that orders will not be shipped until we have received your payment. If you have chosen to pick up the order yourself in our showroom this is possible after you have received confirmation from us that the order is ready.
The order has not been delivered
Was your order not delivered on the appointed day? This may have several causes:
It is possible that you were unexpectedly not at home. In that case you will find a card through the mailbox of the delivery service (e.g. PostNL) with the next steps.
The delivery service may have pushed up the delivery. If you have received a Track & Trace message, it is best to check it for any delays.
Delivery errors
It is very important that you check the products carefully upon delivery: is your order complete? Are any products damaged? Have the correct items been delivered? If this is not the case, you must report this to us within 24 hours in writing / by email and incl. photos. We will then make every effort to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
