Botteganove's handmade tiles and mosaics bring together ancient Italian craft and a contemporary vision in a beautiful collection, which is easy to customize by choosing quantities and hues.

'Clinker' is a special historic clay with a typical glazed appearance in its surface. It is produced by firing at very high temperatures. This type of tile was used since the end of World War II by Caccia Dominioni, Gardella, Ponti, Albini (and others) in many of Milan's symbolic buildings in the 1950s. The clinker, according to the designer who emphasized its qualities, was to be a kind of translucent and colorful texture that covered the skeleton of a building. This is where the inspiration for Botteganove's "Clinker" was taken from.

The stones have different shades of teal and green. Different temperatures during the firing process create several shades and colors with various nuances.
